The resort was developed in stages, including the construction of indoor and outdoor pools, a cooling pool, gardens, walkways, family and single chalets, restaurants, a commercial market, and water play areas, with a total cost of USD1.3 million, funded by several organizations. The municipality plans to expand the resort by adding a children’s amusement park and 18 new chalets, while continuing to involve local investors to ensure sustainable management and high economic feasibility. The project provides 25 direct jobs and stimulates commercial activity in the city.
