Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision is driven by the slogan of “A Better Future,” and is based on two strategic pillars: (i) accelerated growth, achieved by unleashing Jordan’s full economic potential, and (ii) improved quality of life for all citizens, with sustainability as a cornerstone of this vision.

Through the first pillar, Jordan aims to achieve significant economic growth and job creation over the next decade, accompanied by continuous growth of citizens’ per capita income. Through the second pillar, the Kingdom seeks to realize significant improvements in Jordanians’ overall quality of life, elevating the country to the forefront of the region by these standards.

This ambitious vision will be achieved through the implementation of eight economic growth drivers, covering 35 key sectors and sub-sectors and including more than 360 national initiatives. The strategies for these initiatives have already been developed, including clear objectives, implementation timelines, key performance indicators, and delineation of roles and responsibilities among stakeholders.
